The AARP/Walgreens Wellness Tour is coming to your Walgreens!

What: Free health screenings
Your Walgreens will be hosting the AARP/Walgreens Wellness Tour Bus to offer FREE health screenings. These screenings are worth over $100 per person and no appointment is needed. The screenings will include:
- Total cholesterol level – Blood pressure
- Bone density – Glucose levels
- Waist circumference – Body mass index
These tests are critical for detecting potential diseases before symptoms are noticed. Of those tested during the 2010 tour:
- 67.9% had HIGH body mass index – 64.1% had high blood pressure levels
- 38.0% had high cholesterol levels – 36.7% had low bone density
